A really cool ring project. Our client wanted to re-purpose the diamonds from an heirloom diamond ring and 3 birthstone charms (one for each of her kids) creating a ring that incorporates both. A fair bit of both past and future combined to make a ring that feels more like her. She knew she wanted asymmetrical in shape, So asymmetrical is where we went with it.
We worked on sketching a few design options for her and once her design was chosen, Nick carved wax models of both the setting and ring shank. Handmade bezels for the birthstones and cast it all in 14k before soldering, cutting seats, stone setting and a giving it a final polish.
When we do custom work like this for our clients, our aim is honor the history, meaning and sentiment of the original piece by incorporating elements of it into the new design. What makes it unique is that it is both brand new while also having history built into it.

Please note that custom designs are non-refundable. Ready-to-wear rings can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and have not been resized. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
