💎 What is your turnaround time for custom jewelry?

• Charms - Can take up to 3-4 weeks to make. Please allow time for your charm to be created.
• Rings - Once your custom listing has been purchased,  you will receive your design  in 4-6 weeks. Exact time frames will be discussed on a piece-by-piece basis. 

💎 Worried about meeting a special deadline? 

Contact us to get a RUSH added to your order for an additional fee of $200. With adding a rush to your order you will be guaranteed to get your design in your hand by an exact date. This also includes upgraded shipping.

💎 When is full payment required for custom designs?

Full payment is required to begin your custom design project. After you’ve collaborated with Nick on the design and stone details, and once a plan and rough sketch are in place, we’ll send you an invoice to start bringing your vision to life.

💎 When will I receive a drawing of my custom design?

Once your deposit is received and you’ve worked with Nick on the design and stone details, you’ll receive a rough sketch of your ring. Since we craft everything by hand, you’ll receive a hand-drawn sketch instead of a CAD file, giving you a clear idea of the design elements.

💎 Do you work with customer stones?

We’d be honored to work with your personal stones! However, this is handled on a case-by-case basis, as we prefer not to work with stones that have cracks or chips. This precaution helps us ensure your custom piece is crafted without causing any further damage to the stones. Reach out to discuss working with your stones!

💎 Can you help me find a stone if you don’t have what I’m looking for?

Absolutely! We’d be happy to source the perfect stone for your design. We’ll connect with our trusted vendors and provide you with a curated selection of options. A design deposit is required to begin the stone sourcing process, and payment for the stone is due once you’ve made your choice.

💎 What if I don’t know my ring size?

No worries! We can send you a FREE plastic ring sizer. Just reach out to us via email, and we'll get one to you.

💎 Do you offer ring resizing after purchase?

Yes, we do! If you need to resize your WOWJ ring, just contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
