We stand by the quality of our hand-built rings and authenticity our gemstones and offer a 1-year warranty on each design from the delivery date. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we would be happy to fix it at our discretion. For more details, visit our FAQ page.

Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing a custom piece from Way Out West Jeweler, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all custom work policies, including non‑refundability, client approval procedures, and design rights retention.

Please note that all custom designs are non-refundable. Ready-to-wear rings can be returned within 7 days for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and have not been resized. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All designs created by Way Out West Jeweler are the intellectual property of Way Out West Jeweler. Unless a separate written agreement specifies exclusivity, Way Out West Jeweler retains the right to display, reproduce, sell, and adapt any design it creates, including variations of designs previously made for other clients.
